CALL MANAGER

Call Manager integrates Call ID and Call Waiting, and allows customers who are on the phone to:

  • Forward an incoming call to Call Answering (NYNEX Call Answering or a comparable service is required).
  • Bridge the incoming call into the current conversation (separate conference service is not required).
  • Route the call to a network "please hold" message.
  • Route the call to a network "please call back" message.
  • Answer the new call.

Call Manager With Name -- Not only are you able to see the name and number of the person who's calling you, but you can utilize all of the features available above with Call Manager.
