Call Answering features flexible choices to meet your needs. It takes your messages whether you're in, out or already on the phone. It can even take several calls at once and stores messages for up to 30 days. Use your personal password to receive your messages from any Touch-tone phone.

If your customers need regular access to relatively simple information, you can set up an information mailbox they may easily access -- without tying up your valuable time. Happy customers are those who can reach you, and NYNEX Call Answering is the answer.

Call Answering also offers the following enhancements:


  • Paging Notification -- Signals a pager whenever there is a new message waiting in your mailbox.
  • Wake-up Call -- Allows you to schedule wake-up calls to your own telephone number. Available in Basic (five calls per month) or Premium (one call each day).
  • Reminder Call -- Allows you to alert associates with a one-minute message that has been set up in advance and can be delivered within 30 days.
